Physician: Dr. Christopher J. Dannaker - Dermatologist
Dr. Dannaker is an Assistant Professor of Medicine/Dermatology, at the University of California, San Francisco, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Royal Society of Medicine. His private medical practice of laser and aesthetic dermatology is located in Monterey and Beverly Hills, California.

Dr. Dannaker is dual board certified by the ABMS Board of Preventive Medicine and the board of Dermatology. He completed his first residency training at the University of Michigan, where he also earned an M.P.H. degree in occupational health. His training in dermatology was completed at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Dannaker completed an overseas fellowship at the world renowned Institute of Dermatology, St. John's Hospital for Diseases of the Skin in London. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and has remained an active member of the University of California, San Francisco medical staff for over ten years, where he holds the title of assistant professor.

Dr. Dannaker is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology & Aesthetic Surgery. He has published numerous journal articles and textbook chapters in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology. He was chosen as an overseas research and clinical fellow at the prestigous Institute of Dermatology of the St. John's Hospital for Diseases of the Skin in London.

Dr. Dannaker's Vision

Dr. Dannaker's medical practice is dedicated to cosmetic dermatology and minimally invasive, leading edge rejuvenation procedures. His mission is the safe, effective, and legitimate use of the latest advanced procedures in cosmetic dermatology and laser technology. Dr. Dannaker has a reputation for maturity when evaluating new technology, always considering the safety of his patients sacrosanct. Although he has often embraced new advances in his field, he evaluates all manufacturers' claims with great care.

Other memberships include the Monterey Medical Society, Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Alpha Sigma Nu (National Jesuit Honor Society), and the California Medical Association.

Dr. Dannaker developed Laserfill, a procedure to accomplish Nonsurgical Total Facial Restoration (NTFR). His special interests include facial rejuvenation, wound healing, liposculpture and laser surgery.

Dr. Dannaker has extensive publications and authorship of medical textbook chapters and has been invited to speak at medical meetings worldwide. Recognized and respected by peers for his expertise in aesthetic dermatology, cosmetic practice management and as a consultant to the laser industry, Dr. Dannaker has served on expert panels and as a designated laser luminary, he has hosted physicians from many countries to instruct them in the latest laser procedures.
